Making Caring Visible

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don’t think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

The coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of us, but it’s causing unpaid carers to feel more isolated than ever. We can’t see carers in person for Carers Week this year so we have put together a programme of online activity to celebrate.

You can register using the form below, email or call the helpline on 0161 8482400. The majority of these events will take place on Zoom, joining instructions will be sent around half an hour before the start of the event.
