To take part, all you need to do is cycle 100 miles throughout June, and ask for donations from friends, family, or local businesses. Lots of workplaces offer donation matching, so be sure to ask your work if they will match donations.


You can take part doing road cycling, or on a stationary bike at home, or donate to someone Cycling for Carers. If you’re a keen cyclist, maybe you can cycle 100 miles in a day, or spread it out by biking shorter distances each day. If you have weekends off, cycling just 4.5 miles a day Monday to Friday will give you almost 100 miles and take less than an hour a day.


Register your fundraising, if you haven’t already. You can do this online, by emailing or give us a call on 0161 848 2000 (Option 4).
