At Trafford Carers Centre the safety and wellbeing of carers is our utmost priority. We are taking every measure possible to help control the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Face to face appointments including health checks, benefits advice, counselling sessions and meetings with our case work team will go ahead, but will be rearranged to take place over the phone.
We have taken advice and made the difficult decision to suspend all groups and therapies. Please do not come to the office without an appointment.
Our helpline remains open as usual. If you would like to speak to someone about our response to the Coronavirus, or for any support with your caring role, call 0161 848 2400 Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm.
If you have experienced flu-like symptoms, tested positive for COVID-19, or had contact with someone who has, and you have attended one of our services in March, please contact the helpline and let us know.
We urge all carers to keep up to date with the latest NHS advice in order to protect themselves and the people they are caring for.
