The University of Manchester are currently conducting a Psychological Interventions for People with Severe Mental Illness in Later Life (PIPSMILL) research project.

They are looking to recruit carers to the study. The specification is people who are caring for individuals over the age of 50 with a severe and enduring mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia/bipolar).

The interview will take no longer than one hour and if you wish you can take breaks or spilt the interview over different days.  At the end of this meeting you will be given a £10 high street voucher as a thank you for your time.

The PIPSMILL Project has been R&D approved and if you would like to take part you can contact Jennifer Sheardown on 0161 306 0419 or by email at
